Here, you will make an impact by:
- Building strong external networks in the US & Canada to drive talent to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, collaborating with hiring leaders in Enterprise Supply Chain to manage open requisition
- Working with recruiting and candidate related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, job boards, etc.).
- Experience sourcing using multiple strategies to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires
- Conveying competitive intelligence and trends to hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Researching and building strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, market research and competitor analysis
- Monitoring individual performance through data and metrics
- Collaborating with University & Events Recruiting
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start)
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start), and four (4) years combined years of experience in talent acquisition in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience sourcing talent in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing industry
- Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics
- Presents the ability to adapt to change in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrates stakeholder management and consultation abilities
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Exhibits initiative and curiosity
- ATS Recruiting experience
