• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and drive successful product execution.
• Product Launch & Positioning: Develop and execute product launch strategies for the Amazon site, and create compelling product messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products on Amazon
• Sales Process: Own goals around site conversion and revenue. Provide feedback to improve the experience in running promotions and campaigns.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the category and sales ops teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy on Amazon.

A day in the life You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product, offline retail, finance, PR, site merchandising, and design to define, develop, and execute innovative sales and product launch strategies that drive awareness, usage and maximize sales globally.The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the creation of plans, to the brass tacks of execution. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the company. You must have the ability to quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute across many work functions simultaneously. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
