As PPM, you will engage with a cross-disciplinary team and ring-fenced tech team to conceive, design, and develop innovative automotive discovery & shopping experiences for our customers.Key job responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and development of innovative automotive finance products, including the customer experience.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and product roadmap in partnership with engineering teams, balancing customer experience, technical feasibility, and speed to market while maintaining Amazon's high bar for excellence
- Define and execute data-driven experiments to optimize the financing journey; establish success metrics, analyze results, and iterate rapidly to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes
- Author product specifications, technical requirements, and strategy documents
- Represent the automotive finance product organization to senior leadership, providing regular updates on product development, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives while advocating for resources and support
