Preferred - Associates or Bachelor's degree in NursingWork ExperienceRequired - 2 years of relevant experience.Preferred - Pediatric and/or Emergency Department experience
Telehealth nursing experienceCertificationsRequired - Current RN License in the state of practicePreferred - Certification in Telehealth NursingKnowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

- Triages symptom-based calls per approved protocols for patients.
- Reports results through EPIC system for purposes of tracking and quality assessment.

- Exhibits effective communication skills with patients, physicians and others, communicating in a professional, calm and positive manner.
- Assumes responsibility for professional development and maintaining required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials.
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
