- Engage with customers to address inquiries and complaints, delivering effective solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all policy-related questions are fully resolved.
- Verify coverage for new clients and provide policyholders with accurate proof of insurance documentation.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing initiatives and insurance tools to confidently answer client questions.
- Handle inbound calls related to policy concerns, complaints, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Not required.
- On-site position (remote work will be available in the future).
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role (required).
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and schedules (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Must have at least a 440 Insurance CSR License to qualify for the position.
