Job description: Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) has an opening for a full-time Senior Director to lead program teams providing support to individuals with disabilities. The Senior Director will oversee program services to ensure quality service delivery and financial viability, support agency-wide process improvement, lead the development of program services, and support the professional growth and development of staff.Salary: $75,000-$85,000

- Responsible for overseeing all assigned programs and health services, ensuring programs are run according to the organization’s mission and philosophy.
- Oversee the referral and screening process to ensure the process is implemented consistently, on a timely basis, and is person-centered.
- Design, implement, and monitor systems for documenting individualized service plans as required by licensing/certification standard.
- Assure that individualized service plans are implemented, reviewed, revised as necessary and reported on as required by licenser/certification standard.
- Support the professional growth and development of staff through effective performance management including frequent communication, performance feedback, training, and development. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, planning and assigning work.
- Assure that all staff are professionally trained and receive ongoing performance evaluation and development opportunities.
- Ensure that program occupancy rates, staffing levels, and training are adequate and maintained within budget guidelines.
- Develop and maintain programs, policies and procedures keeping up to date with state rules and legislative changes for all types of services.
- Identify key need areas for new program and service development in response to community and individual needs.
- Responsible for the development of new services and programs to enhance the organization’s ability to meet the needs of people receiving services.
- Support agency-wide process improvement efforts by providing analysis of current systems and helping teams develop and implement more efficient and effective systems.
- Oversee the investigation of the internal and external reporting of possible neglect or abuse of vulnerable adults.
- Develop and maintain relationships with county supervisors, case managers, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
