- Professionally and quickly respond to inquiries and develop a positive working relationship with Customers, Operations and Vendors
- Research, resolve and respond to customer and logs service issues within specified time period
- Maintains and actively communicates current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
- Uses industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer
- Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
- Experience with online support -online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting). I.e Concur
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
- Displays a positive customer service attitude
- Hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT
