In this role, you will support the FBM program by:-By providing a flawless FBM experience to new & existing employees.
-Instilling FBM culture across our locations.
-By creating and updating FBM business rhythms, calendars and meeting notices. Creating organized folders in Livelink, and assisting with chart-review wall walks.
-making arrangements for high level meetings, tours and events; encompassing all meeting logistics both locally and at the remote locations.
-By performing as a generalist in a combination of administrative task; scheduling, planning, budgeting, statistical reports and executing logistics for a number of events.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Basic project management skills - outline timelines, status achievements, identify landmarks etc.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,
- Experience in planning and organizing large
- Experience as office manager, human resources, legal assistant or other office administration functions, etc.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance, thus US
- Administrative experience
- Demonstrated strong commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
- Excellent presentation & multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with use of Livelink and SharePoint
- Knowledge of setting up VTCs, teams and/or zoom calls.
