Work directly with the CTO and founding engineers. High-impact, high-ownership, and equity to match. What You’ll Do:? Build APIs and services that drive new product experiences ? Architect scalable systems for a rapidly growing user base ? Work across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and backend development ? Set best practices and mentor engineers (IC role, no direct management) ? Ensure our code and products are built to last Who You Are:? 5+ years of backend engineering experience (building scalable data systems) ? Skilled in NodeJS, Postgres, and AWS ? Comfortable designing data models and working with large datasets ? Startup-minded—pragmatic, hands-on, and excited to work in person in NYC ?
