Hear it from the people that work here!Grab some more details on the position below and submit your interest if you like what you read…Job Summary… The Location Rental Manager assists the Rental Manager in leading the business to overall profitability and growth of the rental product line through successful implementation of Marketing, Sales Management & Execution, Leadership, Operations and Fleet Management, as well as Development of assigned teams at each location. The “LRM” will be responsible for overall Management of a set number of locations with concise objectives such as but not limited to; Performance against Company Metrics, Asset Management, Customer Retention, Development of Team through the execution of Company Standards and the overall plan of the Sr. Management Team. Once assigned locations, the LRM will supervise all Rental personal including: Rental Account Managers, Transfer Drivers, Rental Management Trainees, Rental Sales Representatives, and Sr. Rental Sales Representatives. The end result for the LRM should be increased collaboration, development, and market growth within their assigned locations and Business Unit. In addition to their supervisory responsibilities, the LRM will need to work & train cross-functionally with the Sales, Operations, and Rental teams in order to be able to develop skills that will prepare them for future management opportunities.If you want to keep that momentum moving forward in Transportation & Logistics, you've come to the right place.
