Job title: Training Specialist – Educator (Multiple Levels) in Chantilly, VA at Noblis Company: Noblis Job description: Responsibilities:Noblis ESI is seeking to hire an Educator with a training and education background with an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Chantilly, VAThis role is responsible for delivering and evaluating comprehensive training programs to meet our client’s strategic needs and focuses on enhancing workforce skills, promoting professional development, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of intelligence and space operations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement educational curricula tailored to NRO workforce needs.
  • Incorporate innovative instructional methods, such as simulations, case studies, and hands-on activities, to maximize learner engagement.
  • Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, including analysts, engineers, and other NRO personnel.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and collaborative learning experiences.
  • Adapt instructional approaches to accommodate varied learning styles and needs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and skills, recommending updates or new initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of training outcomes and certifications.
  • Work closely with leadership to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and venue setup
  • Support workforce readiness for emerging technologies, policies, and missions
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Familiarity with NRO operations, policies, and the broader intelligence community.
  • 10% travel required
Mid-Level
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Compensation: $88,500 - $138,300
Senior-Level
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Compensation: $107,100 - $167,325
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree.
  • 3 – 10 years of experience in education or training roles, preferably within the intelligence community or federal government.
  • A strong background in adult education and training methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in evaluating program effectiveness and managing continuous improvement.
  • Ability to partner with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
