Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization.Job SummaryThe Data Entry Associate is responsible for recording and validating information to be recorded and transmitted to other MasTec offices, personnel, and customers. This position supports MasTec office operations and works cross-functionally with other departments. Responsibilities:
  • Track document received and completion dates.
  • Review discrepancies in the data received, request clarification of issues related to the data, and perform data validation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and compiling data for routine reports.
Qualifications:Minimum
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
  • 1 or more years in a similar role requiring attention to detail and proficiency in typing and keying data.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
