- $200 with valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate
- $500 for active RBTs in good standing
- Performance Bonus:
- Earn up to $1,600 annually (paid quarterly)
- Competitive Pay: $22.00 – $30.00/hour

- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM
- Work Setting: In-home, in-person
- Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Graph data and track client progress
- Assist in creating program materials
- Model and support parent training when needed
- Submit documentation per insurance and clinical standards
- Participate in staff training and development
- RBT Certification in good standing, or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Experience working with children preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable using technology for clinical data and documentation
