We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Expert Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive detailed requirements gathering, refine user stories, and support the successful execution of agile development processes, with a particular focus on Salesforce platform enhancements and integrations.You will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment around business needs and functional specifications. Your ability to build strong relationships, lead productive discussions, and clearly communicate technical and business concepts will be key to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.If you are experienced in Salesforce, skilled in agile practices, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements-especially those related to Salesforce capabilities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all Salesforce-related enhancements, user needs, and platform configurations.
- Lead the refinement and grooming of user stories, ensuring Salesforce-specific acceptance criteria are well-defined and stories are ready for development.
- Collaborate across teams to gather input, identify business challenges, and align on project scope and priorities.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across business units, facilitating clear and continuous communication.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, focusing on Salesforce flows, automation, integrations, and reporting.
- Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, data mappings, and business rules, with an emphasis on Salesforce architecture and objects.
- Track and communicate progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and business alignment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, automation solutions, or system enhancements that optimize the use of Salesforce and other platforms.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on experience working with Salesforce as a core platform.
- Proven ability to gather and refine Salesforce-related business requirements and translate them into technical documentation and user stories.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard and custom objects, flows, validation rules, and platform limitations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Track record of success working with Agile teams, including participation in grooming, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with additional enterprise tools and platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation.
- Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP.
