Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with ManTech!ManTech seeks a motivated, career customer-oriented Cyber Analyst to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD This is a hybrid positionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Analyze technology and capability gaps, research, develop, and deploy software cyber solutions with focus on system accreditationImplement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and informationAssess system vulnerabilities and security risks, and propose and implement risk mitigation strategiesWork with Risk Management Framework Team to ensure cyber controls are incorporated and associated policy documentation and records are updatedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in a relevant Cyber field3+ years of experience with DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF), cloud computing technologies, and policies, procedures, and standard operating proceduresSecurity+ CertificationExperience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Ports, Protocols, and Services Matrix, Vulnerability (VRAM)Knowledge of continuous monitoring, cyber security risk management, and security control assessmentExperience Microsoft Office and Google ToolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with managing the authorization status of DoD RMF from Step 1 through 6Clearance Requirements:U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret security clearance or ability to get an Interim Secret before startingPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsThe projected compensation range for this position is $81,700.00-$137,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
