Job title: Registered Nurse - Home Care in Johnson City, NY at United Health Services Company: United Health Services Job description: Position Overview * Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus for Eligible Applicants*Manages the nursing needs of assigned patients from admission to discharge ensuring patients receive quality nursing care provided in a financially responsible manner. Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. • Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
• Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.

License/CertificationMinimum Required:

• License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
