Your Challenges:Manage Credit Limits: 30%Collection Process: 45%Manage Cash Application 20 %Additional Responsibilities:5%Preferred: 4-year degree with emphasis in Finance/Accounting or equivalentYour Boarding Pass:Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in credit management, collections, or related financial roles.Aviation industry experience preferredStrong background in financial analysis, risk management, and negotiationExcellent customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to be proactive and take initiativeExcellent written and oral communication skillsEstablished proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Physical Requirements:Onsite or remote: 100 % OnsiteVision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. DailySquatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor.
