- Enter and update data into company databases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records according to best practices and company policy.
- Assist in data cleansing and removal of duplicate records to maintain data integrity.
- Generate and maintain reports on data entry metrics and updates for performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas needing improvement in data processes and workflows.
- Respond to data requests and inquiries from various departments, providing necessary information promptly.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in similar position.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a remote environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and departments.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and data entry best practices.
