In this vital role you will be primarily responsible for business operations within TDC and enabling a diverse portfolio of digital programs. This role will be responsible for the functional/cross-functional budgets and communications, as well as digital talent and adoption based on organizational change management. In addition to the responsibilities above, this position will serve as a liaison with all PD functions, as part of the Business Strategy network.
  • Lead and manage TDC’s Business Strategy & Solutions (BSS) team
  • Run and continuously improve TDC’s business operations
  • Actively shape and reinforce TDC’s culture and ethos
  • Provide strategic development and operational support to TDC extended leadership team
  • Facilitate the creation of key strategic and operational updates needed by leadership
  • Drive planning processes and collaboratively produce key planning deliverables
  • Provide program, project, and Agile leadership and support
  • Enable and operationalize organizational change management across multiple programs

  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Business Performance experience; OR
  • Associate’s degree and 8 years of Business Performance experience; Or
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Business Performance experience; Or
  • Master’s degree and 2 years of Business Performance experience; Or
  • Doctorate degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Agile certifications is a plus (product owner, scrum master, Scrum, Scaled Agile)
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prosci (change management) certification is a plus
  • Collaborative, problem-solver mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Proven experience in business operations, program management, or strategy within biopharma, biotech, or high-tech manufacturing
  • Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
  • Hands-on experience with organizational change management and digital adoption programs
  • Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
  • Exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager—comfortable presenting to senior leadership
