• Partner with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to successfully identify, design, implement and test various safety and integrity initiatives.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
• Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in an analyst or risk-related occupation.
• Requires five years of experience in the following:
• 1. Quantitative analysis
• 2. Working with online/mobile payment product
• 3. Defining, utilizing, and communicating performance metrics
• 4. Manipulating large data sets in SQL, and drawing actionable insights from data, AND
• 5. Experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, or Perl), statistical software (R, SAS, or SPSS), or data visualization tool (Tableau).
