What You Need to Know:
Responsible for all tasks associated with the entry and maintenance of equipment files using the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain electronic and hard copy records. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Position could be 1/2 time remote and 1/2 time in the Baltimore office.
Pay Information: $23-$26 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for computerized maintenance management system, including all electronic entry and physical documents, relating to equipment. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all equipment information. Maintain equipment files, archives and retrieves records.
- Generate, distribute, reconcile, and analyze reports. Assist in the development of management reports regarding statistical process control. Track the status and completion of all work orders. Serve as subject matter expert for computerized maintenance management system.
- Initiate corrective and preventative maintenance work orders and distribute to appropriate areas.
- Responsible for approval process for new and existing equipment.
- May perform limited equipment maintenance activities.
