Our client is a company focused on providing label solutions, likely for businesses in the food, beverage, and water industries. The role is responsible for driving their growth in the U.S. market by actively finding and securing new clients. This individual acts as the initial contact for potential customers, guiding them from the first interaction through to becoming established clients. Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and contact potential clients in the food, beverage, and water industries for the company.
- Utilize databases like ZoomInfo and personal networks to identify sales opportunities.
- Sales Process Management:
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings with key decision-makers.
- Present the company's solutions effectively, tailoring the message to client needs.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to advance them through the sales pipeline.
- Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the initial phase.
- Collaborate with the company's internal teams (production plants in Mxico) to ensure seamless service and deliveries.
- Address initial client concerns and foster a positive customer experience.
- Sales Closure and Account Growth:
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
- Develop strategies to secure repeat business and establish long-term client relationships.
- Analyze account performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Experience
- 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience working with paper printed labels (no pharma, no alcohol, no printed cans, exclusively paper e.g. bottles, water, beverages, food wraps, dog/cat food)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce preferred, HubSpot is acceptable
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market within the food, pet food, beverage, and water sectors.
- Proven experience in consultative sales and key account management.
