Job DescriptionWe currently have a career opportunity for a hands-on Google Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our team. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Job Overview:As a Google Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be the primary subject matter expert on everything cloud and assist our sales teams with client's pursuits and drive revenue growth.With your expertise in cloud computing, you will architect and build cloud-native systems, wrangle cloud systems' complexity, and ensure that best practices are followed when utilizing a wide variety of cloud service offerings.Perficient is always looking for the best and brightest talent and we need you! You will answer questions on various cloud-native technologies and services, and you will provide recommendations on what service to use and when. As such, you should have extensive hands-on experience with the varied cloud services, their limitations and alternate solutions that might serve better in particular situations. You will be participating in lot of pre-sales activities, helping with RFPs and heavy client-facing.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their vision
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities that align with the company's cloud consulting services
- Serving as a cloud agnostic advocate and helping the clients on cloud services appropriate to meet their requirements
- Designing all cloud solutions in alignment with applicable policies, standards, and practices
- Recommend solutions around GCP technologies
- Drive client cloud strategy and come up with roadmap
- Lead technical discussions during sales call
- Create new service offerings based on innovative solutions
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, delivery, and/or practice leadership within the IT consulting industry.
- Deep understanding of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements.
- Proven track record of Pre-Sales expertise
- Previous experience working in an IT Consulting firm
- MUST have deep expertise in App Modernization, Data and Gen AI
- MUST have deep Cloud-Native Services Experience
- MUST have end-end solutioning expertise across various tiers of enterprise architecture
- MUST have a good handle on the DevSecOps
- End-to-end solution expertise across various tiers of enterprise architecture - required.
- Deep experience of Google services
- Demonstrated experience working with the C-level/Senior leadership at medium or large enterprises - required.
- Senior leader who understands the complexities of leading consulting engagements and understands our business.
- Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases and communicating client-specific value proposition and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Proven experience leading discussions with business and technical leaders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead/drive strategic discussions in a consulting organization
