- Assess posts, comments, and messages for appropriateness and actionable content.
- Report and document instances of policy violations, including harmful or inappropriate content.
- Engage with community members to provide information about moderation practices.
- Work collaboratively with the moderation team to enhance processes and share feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and assist in evaluating content trends.
- Participate in training and development sessions to learn best practices in content moderation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
