- Assist in daily HR operations by maintaining employee records and processing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the recruitment process, which includes posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing materials for new hires and conducting exit interviews.
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related events and training sessions.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a willingness to learn new software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Discreet handling of sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is advantageous.
