Job Overview The Manager, Financial Systems leads a team of Analysts in the Accounting and Finance department, focusing on enhancing and streamlining centralized accounting and finance functions. They leverage expertise in software solutions, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Visual Basic programming, SQL Server, and other tools to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency. In addition to their technical skills, the Manager guides and mentors team members, fostering professional growth and development. They create a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and drives process improvements. By working closely with business partners across the organization, the Manager ensures greater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in financial operations. Their contributions are key to achieving team goals and supporting the organization's success. The Manager's proficiency in technology and leadership is crucial in advancing the accounting and finance functions. What You Will Do
- Lead a team of Analysts in enhancing and streamlining centralized accounting and finance functions through technology-driven solutions.
- Delegate tasks and projects to direct reports, clearly communicating expectations and timelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Regularly communicate updates and progress to management and business partners.
- Identify and address obstacles or challenges that may impede timely completion of tasks.
- Evaluate the performance of direct reports, offering constructive feedback and recognizing accomplishments.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Perform peer reviews as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to task assignments and progress.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure seamless integration of technology-driven solutions.
- Develop automated procedures using various software, RPA, Visual Basic, SQL Server, etc., to achieve efficiencies.
- Design, develop, and support SQL Servers for storing and retrieving large data sets for analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain automation procedures.
- Provide internal and external audit support related to automated procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 6+ years of relevant experience.
