Senior Product Manager, Customer Profile UI
POS-10614 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is about managing customer relationships. In order to do that in the best way possible, our customers need a full picture of their customer in one unified place across all of their systems - including CRM, third-party, legacy, and homegrown systems. The Customer Profile UI product group is dedicated to creating a comprehensive and unified view of our customer's customer data (what we call the "customer profile"). With a unified customer profile, our customers can tailor communications, streamline business processes, and make data-driven decisions that enhance their customer's satisfaction and drive business success. This Senior Product Manager role involves leading two critical teams within the Customer Profile UI product group: Page Editor and Card Library. The Page Editor team empowers customer admins by providing them the tools to configure the customer profile - making it more effective, curated, and useful for front office teams. This includes features for managing customer profile data and defining conditional display logic. The Card Library team focuses on facilitating card and template discovery, allowing admins to quickly create a complete customer profile. We're looking for a senior product manager who can independently drive these two separate missions forward. The ideal candidate has experience with technical platforms, cross-team collaboration, communication, and ruthless prioritization. Here's some of what you'll be doing:
- Defining what new layouts (i.e. grid) and containers (e.g. multi-column, popover, modal) we need for the customer profile and how to configure them.
- Unlocking the ability for internal product teams to build customer profile templates that admins can pick from to quickly set up their record pages. Templates will be by persona (sales, service, customer success) and industry (real estate, education, healthcare).
- Creating a visually stunning card library that helps admins quickly discover and add cards and templates to complete their customer profile.
- Revisioning the card library where admins can quickly find cards and templates in a more visual way
- Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically
- Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
- Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
- Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow
- Launched products successfully from 0 to 1 to customers
- Set a product vision and strategy and executed on it
- Collaborated on a cross-functional team of UX designers, software engineers, UX research, analytics, and others
- Worked on a platform product team that served both internal and external customers
- Used qualitative and quantitative research to inform their product roadmap, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
- Ruthlessly prioritized their product roadmap and had to make hard tradeoff decisions
- A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
