- Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues with materials and components.
- Manage supplier certifications and perform audits.
- Use problem-solving methods like 5-Why, FMEA, and Root-Cause Analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and maintain key quality records.
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of supplier quality experience in a regulated industry (medical devices preferred).
- Experience conducting supplier audits, supporting internal audits, and performing root cause investigations is required.
- Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO9001, or similar quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and experience with audits.
- Lean and Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
