Job title: $16/hr Meat Packaging Full-Time Company: Conagra Brands Job description: $16/hour + $1,250 retention bonus* A successful team member in meat packaging will be responsible for a variety of tasks including de-linking cooked sausage, bulk sausage packaging, hand-packing cases, palletizing/labeling finished product, opening finished goods for repackaging, and other duties as needed. This first shift position works 6am-4pm Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on production needs. The Macomb, Michigan plant, located at 23 Mile Rd & Hayes, is a diverse team, supporting multiple cultures and languages. We are small, but mighty and continuing to grow our brand! Pay is bi-weekly. Job offers are contingent upon successful completion/passing a criminal background check and drug screen. Requirements

• Willing to be actively engaged in safety practices
• Work in a cold environment (40-45 degrees)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40lbs
• Willingness to rotate through a variety of jobs
• Most tasks require bending, lifting, and reaching
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork
• Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to follow instructions
• Reading comprehension
• Positive attitude, works well with others
• Reliable Attendance
• All other tasks as needed
