Warehouse Management Solution (WMS) Administrator I

As a part of our sustainment team, your role is to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support for the Warehouse Management Solution to continue to build value for our customers’ distribution solutions.What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• On-call requirement: Be available for 5-7 shifts per year to provide support during critical system issues or outages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software.
• Quantify problems and escalate to external vendors (ERP, Honeywell/Vocollect, RF Hardware Providers).
• Oversee configuration migrations across WMS environments.
• Generate and modify reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
• Develop and mentor WMS Super Users and Trainers on warehouse best practices.

What You Bring To The Team

• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in WMS environments and operational troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Global experience and proficiency in English preferred.
• Expertise in SQL performance, database queries, and WMS software (e.g., Körber/HighJump, Manhattan, SAP-WM).

Salary range* 65,000 - 75,000 USDThis compensation range is indicative of the role.
