Operations Advisor (Las Vegas, Colorado, Dallas, California, Arizona, Kansas City, Omaha, Utah, Washington)

Job DescriptionPizza Hut is looking for a passionate Operations Advisor to join our Franchise Excellence team! They will partner closely with Franchise Business Partners and Franchise leadership teams to implement strategies and processes that enable great customer experiences and franchisee profitability within various markets of approximately 150 total restaurants.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct operations performance diagnostics to identify opportunities in the restaurant. Support franchisee to build detailed action plans for improvement and works with Franchisee Business Partner to ensure execution against plan.
• Responsible for influencing improvement in key metrics by coaching franchise organizations and above restaurant leadership teams on proper use of available tools and tactics for improving the customer and team member experience
• Develop effective relationships with above restaurant leaders (Key Operators, VPs, Region Coaches, and Area Coaches) that help enable sharing and implementation of ideas that drive performance

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

• Reside or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, Denver, or Dallas (REQUIRED)
• Strong track record for operational turnarounds and leading through others
• 8+ years of operations experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, food and beverage, or similar industry, with 5+ of those years within Pizza Hut
• 2+ years managing 5+ restaurants within an Area or Region
• Deep knowledge of Pizza Hut operational procedures and standards
• Skilled in root-cause problem solving methodologies and analyzing data
• Ability to craft and present ideas to different audiences in an engaging, persuasive manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel approximately 70%

Salary Range: $96,700 - 113,800 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position.
