Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.Key Responsibilities
- Extend a warm welcome to every customer, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality.
- Provide support to team members by equipping them with necessary resources for success.
- Relay customer feedback and concerns to supervisory staff.
- Uphold current marketing, wellness, and culinary initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly promotions and programs designed for guests.
- Share industry best practices and recognize the contributions of colleagues.
- Display thorough knowledge of menu items, effectively communicating details to customers.
- Advocate for effective selling techniques to assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Ensure food displays are attractive and meet established presentation standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
