Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in supporting HR Operations in a scaled environment.
- 1 year of experience in Workday Administrations/operations.
- Experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR Operations.
- Ability to effectively support user needs.
- Ability to deliver services with an operational mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Deliver operational excellence in line with assigned service goals by identifying opportunities to improve. Scale in order to elevate operations to an excellent standard across our Hiring Support team.
- Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
- Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities.
- Act as the representative of the user by surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
- Develop expertise in the systems supporting Human Resource (HR) Operations service areas while troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
