What you'll do...
- Inventory Management: Own inventory management, including forecasting and monitoring inventory across categories and Advertisers.
- Revenue Optimization: Maximize ad revenue by improving sell-through rate, CPMs, and inventory allocation. Ensure most efficient use of available inventory.
- Operations: Partner with Client Success teams to define the process in managing premium inventory bookings. Oversee the enforcement of processes related to makegoods and pricing and reservation exceptions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use campaign performance data to analyze and identify new ways to maximize ad revenue and provide applicable recommendations to guide business strategy.
- Project Management: Manage/lead cross-team yield projects to ensuring they are delivered on time and align with revenue-driving goals.
- Communication: Lead Advertiser insights and action-oriented metric reviews with our partner teams.
- Business Insights: Partner with Business Intelligence to enhance dashboards and tools to produce reliable insights across all business channels. Establish indicators and revenue models that show the impact of yield strategies.
- Cross-Partner Collaboration: Find opportunities for new ad products, formats, and strategies to increase revenue. Be an important strategic partner and expert for the advertising business and collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Measurement, Commercialization, Finance, and Technology teams.
- 5+ years of progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
- 5+ years of experience within digital advertising.
- 5+ years of experience developing monetization strategies, inventory optimization, and campaign management.
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
- Proficient in translating complex topics into basic and clear concepts.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Ad Operations to achieve yield optimization results.
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in CRM and industry tools (Salesforce, GAM, TTD).
- A believer in teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to collective success.
