Roadside Assistance Customer Service
About the position
This position involves providing emergency roadside assistance to customers who have roadside benefits as part of their automotive insurance policy or new vehicle owners package. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer cases, and ensuring effective communication with service providers to resolve customer needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for roadside assistance and service requests from customers. ,
- Make outbound calls to service providers to secure towing assistance. ,
- Manage alerts and handle cases until completion, including status updates for existing cases. ,
- Communicate with customers, service providers, and partners to keep them informed throughout the process. ,
- Negotiate with service providers to ensure they have the correct equipment to assist customers. ,
- Update customers with estimated time of arrival (ETA) for assistance.
