- Strategic Leadership and Planning: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the B2B marketing practice, guiding the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer journeys, and drive business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives, driving overall business growth and success.
- Marketing Execution: Oversee the development and execution of marketing efforts across the full customer journey, including digital, content, social media, distribution, email, paid, and events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Lead client engagements, serving as the primary strategic advisor and driving the development of full-funnel marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to senior clients, and identifying opportunities for organic growth and account expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, including creative and production, to ensure seamless execution of strategic recommendations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and client metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement, and ensuring the achievement of client KPIs and ROI targets.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Drive innovation and thought leadership within the B2B marketing practice, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and sharing insights with clients and internal teams.
- Budget Authority and Financial Accountability: Create and manage comprehensive marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels and initiatives. Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI. Make data-driven adjustments to budgets and goals as needed to respond to market changes and optimize outcomes. Provide detailed financial and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Lead with Care: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement. Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and cultivate/maintain a positive work culture.

- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years' experience in an ad agency or internal marketing department.
- 8+ years' experience in B2B marketing/marketing strategy.
- 8+ years' experience leading people.
- 8+ years' experience in digital marketing and cross-channel campaigns.
- Experience meeting revenue and margin goals by managing budget, including planning, preparing, controlling, monitoring and forecasting business unit's direct and/or indirect budgets.
- Experience in demand generation and campaign management.
- Experience in healthcare and/or online education marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and Search engine Marketing (SEM).
- Skills – negotiation, digital marketing acumen, account management, relationship building, strategic development, campaign development, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, marketing automation, email marketing best practice, and branding best practice.
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Any advanced degree or equivalent experience, especially in marketing or management.
- Strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience.
- Proficiency in developing and articulating strategy and direction to internal and external stakeholders
- Digital Marketing Professional Certification (DMI), Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing, or related certification.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Other skills – Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Ads, project management, adaptability, technical knowledge, and analytical prowess.
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and carefully follows all applicable state laws and rules, federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the U.S. Department of Education, accrediting agencies, state regulations and internal policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicate compliance requirements to other staff as appropriate and quickly escalate any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.
- This is a full-time remote position, with occasional onsite travel required.
- Home office set up, quiet place to work, and ability to hard wire into high-speed internet connection.
