- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Spearhead the development, definition, and maintenance of a comprehensive Salesforce product roadmap. Ensure alignment with evolving business goals, market opportunities, and customer requirements. Present the roadmap to stakeholders and gain buy-in.
- Business Operations Insight: Rapidly understand complex business processes across various departments. Identify opportunities to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that resolve operational challenges and drive significant improvements. Lead rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, demonstrating the tangible business value of proposed strategies through data-driven results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT, to elicit detailed requirements. Translate these requirements into actionable user stories, well-defined features, and robust technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Project Leadership: Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from initial planning and prioritization to resource coordination and timely execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with demonstrated expertise across Salesforce platforms.
