Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud AdministratorPosition: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Position Type: W2-Contract Locations: Charlotte, NC Work Mode: Hybrid (Three days onsite and two days remote)Must Have Skills: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Webservices and SQL Job Description:

• Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Responsible for day-to-day operation support of email functionality, including:
• configuration and environments support for various lines of business
• integration management / alerts monitoring
• email stats reporting for the business
• web certificate renewals
• email archiving
• user role configuration
• risk management

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud
• Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams
• JavaScript / HTML
• Experience in REST/SOAP web services
• Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman
• Experience in database administration / excellent SQL
• Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices
