BILINGUAL ONLY: candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English Work from Home – Intake Coordinator for ABA Therapy Practice Aspen ABA is seeking a highly organized, warm, and self-motivated Intake Coordinator to join our remote administrative team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position, offering flexibility and independence while playing a key role in supporting families through the ABA therapy intake process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for new clients
  • Track and follow up on insurance authorizations
  • Communicate with families and insurance providers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
  • Interpret and explain medical benefits to clients and caregivers
  • Locate, organize, complete, and share a wide variety of documents
  • Adapt to and manage tasks through our company’s internal systems

Requirements:

  • Medical office administration experience is a must
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a must: the candidate must be fluent in speaking, writing, and reading both English and Spanish
  • Strong administrative and tech skills, including:
  • Proficiency with email communication
  • Comfort navigating Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar platforms
  • Independent and reliable—able to meet deadlines without constant oversight
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Friendly, empathetic, and client-centered communication style

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an ABA therapy setting or knowledge of ABA services
