Job title: Customer Service Representative (Virtual/Remote) Company: Dental Team Finder Job description: Customer Service Representative (Virtual/Remote) Los Angeles, CA Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to grow their customer support services. The ideal CSR will be committed to delivering excellent support to our customers, field-based teams and internal teams. This role will be a part of the North America Customer Service function throughout the customer lifecycle, including pre- and post-sales, ongoing utilization and reorders. This position will be an integral part of the Customer Service team. Ideal candidates are experienced CSR for an orthodontic manufacturer or dental manufacturer. Responsibilities: · Execute the Customer Service Department Roadmap · Utilize and support the CRM, ERP Systems · Own customer resolutions from top to bottom · Ensure compliance and support, internally & externally · Utilize Customer Service training materials and SOP's ensuring team compliance · Participate in Customer Service meetings and cross-departmental communications · Own customer complaints and order processing · Provide customer service metrics, KPI's and reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations. · Participate in team-building events and activities to foster Customer Service relationships and recognition · Participate in all process development, employee retention, and turn-around-time goals supporting Commercial revenue goals · Performs other functions and duties as required Qualifications: · BS degree preferred or 5 years' experience in the Medical Device or Dental Industry · Minimum of 3 years prior experience working for a dental manufacturer, preferably orthodontic manufacturer · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience with presenting using PowerPoint and Excel data. · Experience in Commercial departments and/ or sales with client-facing communications · Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM program If you feel that you meet or exceed these qualifications, we'd like to talk with you!
