If you are interested please do share with me your updated resume or call me on 3023356895 Job Title:- Scrum Master with Mainframe Experience Work Location:- Remote Duration 12+ months Contract Work Authorization:- GC,US Citizen Interview Process:- WebEx Remote Opportunity - Must work in EST Zone - No PST Candidates Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities: Work as a Scrum Master, oversee project development following agile methodologies, and ensure effective delivery Promote Agile culture, values, behaviours, and principles across business, development and testing organizations Create a collaborative team environment, partner with Agile Coach to provide constructive feedback for continuous agile improvement Develop team norms and balance workload for our global team of developers, testers and Product Owners. Plan and conduct Agile meetings/ceremonies Sprint planning, host story grooming, daily stand up, test plan and testcases reviews, sprint demos, retrospectives. Review and manage backlog and in-progress items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate. Maintain team metrics and report project statuses (e.g., velocity/burn down charts, financial status, issues/risks, etc.) on a regular basis to Product Owner, and to senior stakeholders. Takes ownership to drive through resolutions of issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other development/product teams on inter-dependencies or through scrum-of-scrum ceremony Takes a lead role in overall release management, which includes end-to-end regression test coordination, ensure SDLC artifact adherence runbook coordination and deployment support. Coordinate with team on deployment preparations and execution: deployment script management, support team review and documentation, host deployment verification calls and lead on deployment issue resolutions Oversee Production issues and infrastructure changes on origination system; Partner with Product Owner on impact assessment and prioritization on production issues Skills Required: 5+ years of proven experience working as a scrum master or project manager in a large organization At least 6 years of experience in CICS, COBOL, DB2 & JCL Skills. Highly versed in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Technical background in integration, development, testing, and/or infrastructure. Quick learner capable to understand and drive through front-to-back solutions and dive deep as needed Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications. Ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents; including identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. Experience estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong familiarity with Agile project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.). Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills, should be able to work across both Business Users and IT teams across regions and have the ability to lead project's vision. Experience in working with partners and stakeholders across geography and time zones Working knowledge of Financial market, lending based products and Wealth Management.
