Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator – Trial: $300/week → $1,750/month + Bonuses
Wise Investments is a fast-growing, U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in wholesaling and creative deal-making. We’re on a mission to close more deals with excellence—and we need a sharp, detail-driven Transaction Coordinator to keep the back-end of our operations smooth, organized, and efficient. This is a full-time, remote position, ideal for someone based in Latin America with fluent English and availability during U.S. Central Time (9am–5pm CST). Who You Are:

What You’ll Do:
- Manage real estate transactions from signed contract to close.
- Serve as the point of contact for title companies, sellers, and buyers.
- Collect, review, and organize all necessary documents.
- Keep our CRM and deal trackers up-to-date and accurate.
- Follow up regularly with all parties to keep timelines intact.
- Provide consistent status updates to leadership and team members.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Based in Latin America or available during Central Time (U.S.) hours
- Excellent attention to detail, timelines, and documentation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Quiet, reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Previous experience in real estate, title, or wholesaling is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
Compensation & Hiring Process: We start all new hires with a 30-day paid trial to assess fit, performance, and communication.
- Trial Period (30 Days):
$300/week — full-time, 40–50 hrs/week expected You’ll be fully trained and integrated with the team
- Full-Time Role After Trial:
$1,750/month base salary Performance bonuses based on volume and closing accuracy Long-term growth potential with raises and increased responsibility Schedule & Flexibility:
- Full-time | ~40–50 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CST (with flexibility)
- Weekend availability as needed
