What You'll Do
Daily Content Creation:
- Research and write engaging scripts for 5 episodes weekly (50 minutes total content)
- Host and record daily 10-minute episodes
- Develop compelling storylines and talking points for each show
- Stay current with business trends, news, and viral topics
- Maintain consistent quality across all episodes
Production Responsibilities:
- Deliver polished, broadcast-ready recordings daily
- Meet strict publishing schedule (5 days/week)
- Maintain the podcast's established voice and audience engagement
- Adapt quickly to trending topics and current events
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in daily content creation (podcasting, radio, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong writing abilities with business/entrepreneurship knowledge
- Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to research and synthesize topics quickly (same-day turnaround)
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management
- Comfortable with high-volume content production
Must-Haves:
- Experience with daily or frequent content schedules
- Ability to make complex business topics engaging in under 10 minutes
- Strong work ethic and reliability (no missed episodes)
- Basic audio editing skills or willingness to learn
