In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with assistance, information, and support related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and efficient manner. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and effective communication.
