The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and a genuine desire to assist individuals and solve their concerns efficiently. --- • *Key Responsibilities:** - Customer Engagement: Efficiently respond to customer inquiries received through chat channels, providing timely and accurate information regarding services, policies, and operational procedures. - Issue Resolution: Identify and investigate customer issues, troubleshooting problems and offering suitable solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions, within our customer relationship management (CRM) system to facilitate follow-ups and monitor trends. - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service delivery; actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. - Product Knowledge: Stay informed on current CSX products, services, and updates to provide accurate information and support to customers. - Self-Management: Plan and manage workload efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs), adjusting strategies as necessary to handle peak periods or customer escalations. - Feedback Implementation: Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes; propose actionable solutions to enhance service quality. - Training and Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve skills and remain current with industry trends and best practices. --- • *Requirements:** - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
