We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Media Systems Administrator to join The Walt Disney Company’s team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing operational and technical support of all media systems, ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, creative thinker, and enthusiastic team player with a strong knowledge of media systems, networks, and hardware. Responsibilities: Provide operational and technical support for all media systems, ensuring customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with media systems, networks, and hardware. Monitor media system performance and identify areas for improvement. Research and evaluate new media technologies for possible implementation. Develop and maintain documentation regarding media systems, networks, and hardware. Assist in the design and implementation of media systems, networks, and hardware. Actively participate in team meetings and provide input on media system projects. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure media system projects are completed in a timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance as needed.
