JOB ID 21346 - Member Enrollment Coordinator Location: Remote – Florida residence required... Pay: $20 per hour Type: Contract-to-hire Schedule: Contact center hours must be open 40 hours between: M-F 8:00 AM to 8:00PM EST, SAT 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Shift bids approximately every 6 months (business need) Must be able to work the day uninterrupted, cannot run out on lunch breaks they are different daily Training schedule: M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST for approximately (4) weeks Start date: Target 12/2/2024 Career outlook: Room to grow, performance based. Job description: 1. Assist with calls enrolling in discount RX programs for specialty medications, approximately 50 to 60 calls daily (higher during peak season c. 100 calls), with calls lasting 7-8 minutes each. 2. Receive inbound and make outbound calls in a fast-paced Contact Center environment, assisting members with copay assistance enrollment, case inquiries, requests, and concerns. 3. Provide high-quality service to members, striving for first-call resolution, while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. 4. Verify and protect patient health information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. 5. Act as a subject matter expert, offering accurate and up-to-date information to members and guiding them through the enrollment process efficiently. 6. Utilize CRM database effectively to verify member data, record interactions, escalate unresolved cases, and complete assigned tasks as directed by call center leadership. Requirements: • Must have fast-paced call center experience in an inbound and outbound environment - Last (5) years • Must have health insurance experience on the pharmacy side and/or co-pay experience • Experienced with talk-tracks • Must be computer proficient: Navigate multiple software systems • Must be able to handle calls with professionalism and empathy due to the nature of their business • Must have ethernet connection in private, designated workspace (cannot use WiFi) • Speed test: 25 DL / 25 UL https://www.speedtest.net/ • Must be open to working M-F 8AM-8PM EST, SAT 9AM – 530PM EST (shift bids) • Pre-employment survey and testing is required • High school diploma or equivalent is required • Background check required • Drug screening required #IND456 #IND123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Experience: • Call center Member enrollment: 3 years (Required) • pharmacy or Co pay: 3 years (Required) • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Location: • Florida (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
