Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers to advocate for our product solutions in meetings and industry events, showcasing how our offerings can alleviate customer challenges and enhance business outcomes. • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing client accounts. • Lead proof-of-concept engagements by developing and assessing technical solutions, whether remotely or onsite. • Deliver impactful presentations and facilitate technical discussions, particularly with executive-level stakeholders. • Contribute to innovation by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions, helping to inform product development to align with market demands. • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to enhance the overall capabilities of the organization. • Customize presentation materials to cater to the specific needs of each customer, thereby enriching their experience. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of experience in the observability sector. Preferred Requirements • Familiarity with modern technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.
