OVERVIEW: · The hourly will start at $15 PLUS commission and extra bonuses which will turn each hour to $17-$20 hour · Free Massage or Facial every month · Full Time Employment Available (35-40 hours GUARANTEED) · Paid Vacation Accrued after one year with us · Membership Discounts for Friends & Family · Online & In-Person training provided · Willing to work around school schedule · Friendly work environment REQUIREMENTS: · Flexible schedule INCLUDING mornings, nights, and weekends (rotatable) · Customer Service/Sales experience PREFFERRED but not required · Computer Savvy · Self-Motivated · Ability to prioritize & organize work · Enthusiastic and Upbeat personality · Bi-lingual · Empathy · Ability to use positive language · Clear communication skills · Effective listening · Willingness to improve · Multi-tasking · Coachable · Phone etiquette JOB DESCRIPTION: · Greeting clients upon arrival with kindness · Scheduling services and going above and beyond for each customer · Answering phone calls professionally · Addressing questions and concerns · Protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location · Selling memberships by helping clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch.
