Required Skills • Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. • Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management. • Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued. • Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous. • Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Entry-level experience in application administration or customer service is preferred.
